Data Deletion Instructions

Loop is a CRM operated by RNDRVSN LLC (d/b/a VSN Group) and Path Intelligence Corp. If you have interacted with one of our Facebook Pages or Instagram Business accounts that is connected to Loop, we may have stored your name, profile picture, message history, and a page-scoped identifier (PSID or IGSID) that Meta assigns to your interactions with that Page.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of all personal data Loop holds about you, send an email to hello@getloopcrm.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include either:

The Facebook Page or Instagram account you messaged, and your name as it appears in those messages, OR
Your Page-Scoped ID (PSID) or Instagram-Scoped ID (IGSID) if you have it.

What we delete

All messages you sent to or received from a Loop-connected Page.
Your stored name, profile picture, and page-scoped identifier.
Any contact record we created from your messaging activity.
Any AI-generated summaries or notes derived from your messages.

How long it takes

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will confirm by email when the deletion is complete. Backups are purged within 90 days on our normal rotation.

What we cannot delete

We cannot remove data that Facebook or Instagram themselves still hold on your behalf. To delete data from those platforms directly, use Facebook's Off-Facebook Activity tools or Instagram's data download & deletion tools.
