Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how RNDRVSN LLC, doing business as VSN Group, and its affiliated entity Loop (collectively, "we," "us," or "Loop") collect, use, and disclose information when you interact with us through our websites (getloopcrm.com), client portals, and SMS messaging programs.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, email, phone number, company.
- Project context: properties, listings, or work you request from us.
- Messaging data: SMS message content sent to or from our numbers, delivery status, opt-in/opt-out events, timestamps.
- Usage data from our portals: pages visited, actions taken, IP address, browser type.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request.
- To send transactional and conversational SMS related to your project, proposals, scheduled meetings, and account.
- To improve our services and internal operations.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Connected social accounts
Loop lets customers connect their own social accounts (LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, Pinterest, and others) so they can publish content from inside Loop. When a customer authorizes a connection:
- What we receive: an OAuth access token and refresh token issued by the platform, the account's display name and identifier (e.g., LinkedIn member URN, YouTube channel ID, Instagram Business Account ID, Facebook Page ID), and (where the platform exposes it) the account's username and profile photo so Loop can label the connection in our UI.
- What we store: the tokens above, encrypted at rest, scoped to the connecting customer's workspace inside Loop. Tokens are used only to publish content the customer explicitly approves and to read engagement metrics on posts they have published through Loop.
- What we do not do: we do not read private messages, scrape follower lists, post without the customer's explicit approval, or share tokens with third parties. Tokens never leave Loop's infrastructure.
- Disconnecting: customers can revoke a connection at any time from Settings → Integrations inside Loop. We delete the stored tokens immediately. Customers can also revoke at the platform level (e.g., LinkedIn → Settings → Data Privacy → Permitted Services), which invalidates the token and Loop will surface the connection as disconnected on next use.
- Per-platform data flow: for Meta-owned platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), the data we receive is limited to public Page metadata, Page-scoped user identifiers (PSID, IGSID), and message threads explicitly initiated with a connected Page. For YouTube, we receive channel metadata and the videos a customer uploads through Loop. For LinkedIn, we receive the member's OpenID profile (sub, name, email) plus organization ACLs if they admin a company Page.
Data received via Meta APIs is used only as described above and is subject to Loop's Data Deletion process.
SMS messaging program
When you provide your phone number on our contact form, sign a proposal, or otherwise consent to receive SMS, we use that number only to communicate about your project, account, or expressed interest in our services. We do not share or sell phone numbers, and information collected for SMS purposes is not used for marketing by third parties.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@getloopcrm.com.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery, Google for email and calendar) bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@getloopcrm.com.
- You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Honoring opt-outs is automatic and immediate.
- You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Retention & security
We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here or to meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs) to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure.
