Program description

We send SMS messages to leads, prospective customers, and active clients of RNDRVSN LLC (dba VSN Group) and Path Intelligence Corp regarding project inquiries, scheduled meetings, proposals, project updates, and follow-ups. SMS is conversational — we send messages and you may reply directly to that number to reach us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the stage and activity of your project or inquiry. You can expect messages only when there is a relevant update or follow-up — typically a few messages per month per customer, more during active project phases. We do not send recurring or scheduled marketing blasts to opted-in customers.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. We do not charge separately for SMS messages — any costs are imposed by your carrier per your wireless plan.

How to opt in

You opt in by providing your phone number on our contact form at getloopcrm.com/contact (or app.getloopcrm.com/optin) and explicitly checking the consent checkbox. You can also opt in verbally during a sales conversation, in which case our team logs your consent in our CRM before sending any SMS.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message and you'll receive an automated reply with contact info. You can also email us anytime at hello@getloopcrm.com or call/text our toll-free line at +1 (866) 736-1011.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. We'll send a single confirmation message and stop all future SMS to that number. To resume messages later, reply START.

Carriers and devices

Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability depends on your wireless plan and device.

Privacy

Your phone number and message content are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell phone numbers to third parties, and SMS opt-in data is not used for unrelated marketing.
